SEVEN ARTS INKS DISTRIBUTION DEAL

SEVEN ARTS INKS DISTRIBUTION DEAL WITH ENTERTAINMENT ONE AND KALEIDOSCOPE ENTERTAINMENT FOR THEATRICAL RELEASE OF “NIGHT OF THE DEMONS”

Hollywood--(Market Wire)--Seven Arts Pictures PLC (NASDAQ: SAPX) announced today the completion of a deal with Entertainment One (“eOne”) and Kaleidoscope Entertainment (“Kaleidoscope”) to distribute its motion picture “Night of the Demons”. Under the terms of the deal, eOne has agreed to distribute “Night of the Demons” in the US, Canada, France, South Africa, Benelux and Australia, while Kaleidoscope has agreed to distribute in the UK. Release of the picture in the US and Canada has been set for October 29, 2010 to coincide with the Halloween weekend. The picture will be released in the UK on September 15, 2010.

 “Night of the Demons” was directed by Adam Gierasch, and produced by Seven Arts Pictures, from a script written by Adam Gierasch and Jace Anderson. “Night of the Demons” is a remake of the cult classic ‘80’s film.

 “Night of the Demons” stars Monica Keena (“Entourage”, “Freddy vs. Jason”, “Ripe”), Diora Baird (“My Best Friend’s Girl”, “Texas Chainsaw Massacre; The Beginning”, “Wedding Crashers”), Edward Furlong (“American History X”, “Pecker”, “Terminator 2”) and Shannon Elizabeth (“Thir13en Ghosts”, “Scary Movie”, “American Pie”). Greg McKay and Michael Arata produced the film.
