Seven Arts’ principle business is to develop worldwide licensing of motion pictures directly with source distributors for theatrical, video and television. In this regard, the company intends to make a specific effort to acquire for distribution and to distribute product with substantial DVD and home video potential even if there is limited or no theatrical release. Such “made for” DVD pictures have substantial value particularly in the genres in “horror” and “family” entertainment, 2 genres that Seven Arts intends to pursue aggressively in the future. The company will assist in the production of 2 to 4 motion pictures each year to provide additional product for its distribution system but intends to use limited amounts of its own money and to obtain fees for distribution and for the arrangement of “soft money” or tax-preferred investments on such motion pictures.

As a result of the foregoing, the company hopes to increase its library of approximately 21 films to more than 75 films within the next 5 years.
